Membership Vice President

The overarching role of the Membership Vice President is to coordinate the chapter member recruitment program and oversee the membership team. She understands the need to remain competitive in members... hip strategy and works with the membership team, local and national volunteers, Chapter Advisor and Membership Advisor on year-round initiatives to position the chapter for success in formal recruitment, informal recruitment and/or COB. While she oversees the Membership Evaluation Plan (MEP) in its entirety, she also delegates key duties to Directors on the membership team so that she is available to correspond with others, such as the university or Panhellenic, and can focus on “big picture” initiatives including potential new member evaluation and strategy. She also provides the chapter with continuous training on recruitment practices throughout the year to prepare members and increase overall recruitment strength. As a member of the Executive Committee, she provides strategic direction for the chapter, updates everyone on all the work occurring within her team, and works to problem-solve and brainstorm future challenges for the chapter and campus.  Read MoreHide

Recruitment Events Director

The Recruitment Events Director is responsible for overseeing all stages of event planning for recruitment events with high attention to detail and a ‘best in class’ mentality. She works alongside the...  Event Chairs for each round of recruitment to create a strategic plan for all event details from conception to day-of logistics. The Recruitment Events Director assists with developing event plans to include timing and logistics, dress, food and beverage, decor, songs and chants and activities. Recruitment Data Director

The Recruitment Data Director is responsible for serving as the administrator of all data pertaining to the recruitment program including year-round Rose Garden maintenance, management of key function... s in the electronic scoring system, exportation and analysis of voting data and oversight, and management of the recruitment computer program. Recruitment 365 Director

The Recruitment 365 Director is responsible for working with the Membership Team to coordinate year-round recruitment initiatives that help the chapter establish a strategic presence with potential ne... w members. Through various marketing and public outreach efforts, the Recruitment 365 Director initiates contact and awareness that will help populate the Rose Garden. She coordinates with the Membership Team to identify target markets including, but not limited to, neighboring communities and various aspects of campus life to increase Alpha Xi Delta’s visibility and name recognition. COB Director

The COB (Continuous Open Bidding) Director is responsible for implementing the chapter’s COB efforts in a swift and strategic manner. She works alongside all members of the Membership Team to gather p... ertinent data from formal recruitment and reaches out to potential new members. She consistently monitors the chapter roster alongside the Membership Vice President to identify opportunities in membership to reach the Panhellenic total and analyzes which method(s) of COB are most effective to implement. She manages a team of skilled recruiters, proportionate to the number of membership opportunities, to educate on COB conversation skills and facilitates informal or formal COB events with potential new members.
