The overarching role of the Communications Vice President is to act as the brand manager of the chapter through the implementation of the chapter’s external relations plan. She creates a strategic plan to share the benefits of membership with all external stakeholders, such as potential new members, alumnae, and families, through social media platforms, targeted communication, and merchandise. She also helps to promote positive relationships with campus organizations and individuals. In addition to leading the team, the Communications Vice President is also a member of the Executive Committee; this committee provides strategic direction for the chapter, updates everyone on all the work occurring, and works to problem solve and brainstorm future challenges for the chapter and campus.

The External Marketing Director is responsible for managing and overseeing the overall marketing efforts and plans of the chapter. She promotes a positive chapter image through photographs, merchandise, and printed/virtual materials; in order to adhere to relevant trends, she understands and stays updated on campus and other trends. If your chapter size or campus norms have deemed it necessary, Chair positions may be needed to assist with specific projects.

This position involves creating and executing strategic communication plans to promote our sorority's values, events, and achievements. The PR Chair will be responsible for maintaining our social media presence, designing promotional materials, and coordinating with local media outlets.

The Banner Chair is responsible for designing and creating banners that represent chapter at various events and functions. This role involves working closely with other members to ensure that the banners capture our sorority's spirit, values, and themes. The Banner Chair will coordinate the materials, plan the design, and oversee the production of the banners. Creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail are essential for this position. The Banner Chair will also ensure that all banners are completed on time and meet the quality standards.
